Take Jam bus to Batangas from Manila then take a trike would be the cheapest option. You could hire a van for about P2,500 pesos, or even a taxi for about that price from Manila.

Blue Coral is right next to Sabangan beach Resort. The place is nice but the beach I think for me is a little lacking. And there are too many jelly fish. haha.

From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway all the way to the second to the last exit (Exit 50A going to Batangas, Lucena and Legaspi.

Drive 6.5 kilometers along this National Highway and turn right to the Star Toll Way entrance.

From Star Tollway, drive all the way to Lipa (approximately 20 kilometers and take the Tambo Exit at the end.

From Lipa City

After exiting turn right and drive towards Lipa City.

La Salle Lipa will be on your left while a Petron gas station will be on the right.

Turn right to the road before the Mc Donald's restaurant.

Traverse C.M. Recto Ave. then turn right at the corner of the Mercury Drug store. This is P. Torres St. Drive 8.5 kms. towards Padre Garcia town.

Make a left turn at the road sign pointing to Padre Garcia.

Turn right after passing the Padre Garcia town market.

Drive 4.5 kms. and merge with the road coming from Rosario. This road leads all the way to San Juan which is approximately 19 kms.

When you see the sign leading to the Batangas Racing Circuit veer left and head straight for San Juan town proper.

After entering San Juan town proper, drive past the Dunkin Donut and Park n'Go store at your right to the Municipal Hall of San Juan.

Turn right immediately after the Municipal Hall of San Juan. This is the main road of Laiya. You will drive approximately 25 kms. (20 minutes) along this road to Blue Coral Beach resort right next to Sabangan Beach Resort.
The resort is at the left of the road after the Km.139 road marker.

if you come from another country, there are only 2 international airports: Manila and Cebu City. Most planes arrive in Manila, then you can either fly to Batangas or catch a ferry there.....I have been to the Philippines 3 times, but never there...it sounds nice...will check it out myself...have a nice time.

from manila to any ppoint of destination you have mentioned, there are several options you have. You can take a bus from one city to other city or town then some of them by jeepney from the city to the place. For farther places you could either take the plane or boat.

From the places youve mention, i think all you have to take is a bus from Cubao Central Bus Terminal ( at the back of Ali Mall) in Cubao Area. Right there you can find the buses that are traveling to different cities and provinces.
