There is a website called http://www.putfile.com and it allows you to upload video, music, and images. There's a file size limit, but you can upload an unlimited number of files within the file size limit.
If you want to share files on the internet, to the general public so anyone can download it, a file sharing or peer-to-peer program might be good. However I warn you that people can change your file names, not give you credit for your work, etc. http://www.bearshare.com and http://www.limewire.com are commonly used file-sharing programs.
