Your boss is a whiney little baby because he is completely incompetent, incorherent, and has erectile dysfunction. Added to that, a nasty case a hemmorhoids and a binge drinking problem.
Can you blame him? He is such and ugly bastard, and just found out he is not the biological father of his children....
The push up cotton candy on a stick commonly referred to as tampons if shoved correctly in his mouth will suck in all saliva and cause a vapor lock if you can simotanelously insert one into his bumb as well......causing esfixitation and the end to the whining......:)

Sounds like he's quite unhappy in his work and with people not doing what he's asking them to do? Perhaps suggest to him he should or could find some awesome opportunities on line that can put him over the top in life. I fired my boss, but she wasn't a whiny unhappy person...heehee...she's in the business too!
