i recomended u that plz for last time use Picasa by google.com not only google.com is the best for searching it relases so many use full and informatory softweres here is link plz try it

A gud format to store picture is *,jpg.For burning a disc Nero is gud

My advice get an Apple computer it keeps great pictures and allows you to burn to CDs when ever you want.

I Made A Backup On DVD-R, Some Stupid Videos... Mpg,Wmv,Avi,Etc.... And Jpgs, Gifs, And It Played In My DVD-Playere...So You Choose, 700MB, or 4.7GB lol

all you need to do is burn to data or if you want a slide show,pro show gold does a great job making vcd's
