UM yeah....All medical terms can be put together to make long words. For example: Esophagogastroduodenoscopy. But I think the longest word in the dictionary is perhydrocyclopentanophenantherene but I could be wrong. ( for some reason it wont allow me to type the whole word )

It is indeed possible to create words as long as you like for complex compounds such as proteins, which consist of large numbers of amino acids joined together.
