i am 60 kgs of weight i had under gone one major operation 2 yrs back

Do you mean posture? Yoga might help with that, and you should keep your back straight when walking or sitting.

I hope you are now fully mobile. And hope you can now walk and even jog for 45 - 55 minutes continuously.
Try to have extra glass of water in regularly.
More fluids / vegetables/ whole fruits and juices. Donot go for wheat flour/ Noodles.

My chiropractor always said the key to your body is in muscle flexability and toneness. Stretch every morning and every night and use small weights to tone.

just eat right work out once in awhile and live a stress free life....
