Believe it or not , it used to be K-Mart, probably why they had to close so many of their stores. I think Sears is still pretty good today with customer service. and as far as any product goes, the worst are used car dealers, and the best are probably most food manufacturers. and cosmetics companies.

The Park Hotels ( Attitude with a smile..personality shines from every staff member )
Sony Europe ( Tech support in Ireland..they could not be more friendly or helpful )

John Lewis Department Store Oxford St, London ( fine until you have a problem )
TGI Fridays CP Delhi ( friendly terrific staff, badly managed )
Virgin Trains UK ( seems like it's bad on purpose - the board must meet to work out how they can make life miserable - I'd rather walk than take a Virgin Train )
