there are of course nice bosses too but they're so few....as for the usual boss that screams around that no one does anything.......

They're BULLIES. That personality type gravities towards positions of control and unfortunately there are not more people like yourself that identify this as WRONG Unacceptable behavior. If there were, bosses wouldn't be able to conduct themselves in such abusive manners for there are far more employees than the one tyrant.

Become a boss and you'll find out why. Bosses get more money for less work because they have to take responsibility in the long run. They have to make decisions in no - win situations that are going to be unsatisfactory to everyone.

because most of the time they are acting like villains. we tend to be lousy and lax at work but our boss' presence keeps us up. we want to do the job in a particular way but our boss likes the other way. and sometimes, without noticing it, we are envious of our boss' position. we like to be the boss too.
i mean, hey, i'm just being truthful. most of the time, it's more on attitude check. the world can't adjust to us, and neither can our boss.

It's hard to get people to do their job without being percieved as a jerk or a control freak. Some think if they're too nice people will walk all over them.
