so when someone reads an answer they just click on it and go . is this a drag & drop ?

Simply type in the address exactly as it is written (including the http:// stuff) and it should automatically become a link

Yes this is simple, you can drag and drop any link into answer box like I did it below.

But drag and drop also insert the text of the link.
you can write manually or copy and paste the links. But, don't forget to write the http:// as prefix for each link you add.
example:
without http://

360.yahoo.com/jcbroogley

with http://

http://360.yahoo.com/jcbroogley

to put a link you need to add http:// also

generally i go to the address bar and copy the whole thing and paste it to the answer

it will also include the http:// part of the address so it will be automatically changed to the link

just type it in this format http://www.cnn.com and it will automatically turn into a link when you post it.
