If you can get into their bathroom,wrap clear plastic wrap over the toilet bowl.When they raise the seat and start to pee,it will splatter back on them.

Get some fresh hot peppers unroll a few feet of the toilet paper cut the peppers and lay the pieces on the toilet paper let the paper soak up the jiuce. Remove the peppers, roll the paper back up and wait on someone to get a case of the red @55.
