everytime im talking to ppl i look around. any advice?

you have an issue with self esteem and assertiveness/self-confidence. Try picking out a place near their eyes (like an ear) and work your way in over time.

The question you should ask yourself is why can't you make eye contact with those people. Is it that you are shy or ashamed to be around them; or you do not have confidence in yourself, or maybe you are not being honest with them over the discussion.
Eye contact goes a long way at determining the real person someone is. Start practicing it, it will help. You will gradually learn that when you make eye contact you gain respect and you are believed the more.

YOU HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY.
QUIT WORRYING WHAT PEOPLE ARE THINKING OF YOU BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT. SO GIVE THEM A REASON, AND MAKE IT A GOOD REASON.
START SMILLING ALL THE TIME, AT EVERYONE. START NOTICING NICE THINGS ABOUT PEOPLE AND POINT THEM OUT. COMPLIMENTS AND POSITIVE OBSERVATIONS WORK WELL. AND NOT JUST "HEY, NICE SHIRT" BUT RATHER "WOW! THAT SHIRT IS THE PERFECT COLOR FOR YOU". AND "YOU ARE SO FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE".
WHEN YOU GET MORE COMFORTABLE, START ASKING THEN QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THEY THINK. THEN ADMIRE THEM. TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE A THOUGHTFUL OUTLOOK, OR KEEN INSIGHT.
YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF BECOMING MORE POPULAR
WITH PEOPLE AND FEELING MORE WELCOME. YOU WILL FIND IT EASIER TO LOOK THEM IN THE EYE, BECAUSE YOU WILL KNOW THAT THEY THINK YOU ARE NICE.

Umm are u a shy girl? If u are then thats the problem your to shy to lookat them directly in the eyes...id sat try it once and if u still to shy then though up lol just kidding. I have the same problem

i think it may have something to do with low self-esteem.
