I'm a guy whos got a lot of girls as friends but doesn't have the guts to ask them out. Can you give me some suggestions how to ask a girl out, and how to maintain a relationship!

First of all, part of your problem is you're jumping straight from asking out to relationship in your very question. Asking a girl out does not mean she is going to be your girlfriend or the mother of your ten kids. So, de-escalate the importance of asking a girl out in your head first, and that will help you. You are just asking her out to have a good time, not to have a relationship (or to have sex with you, if that is really what is on your mind).
Be casual about it, as if you won't get all bent out of shape if she says no. If she does say no, be cool about it. If she says yes, be cool about that too.

Be careful asking out girls who already consider you a friend. You might make it awkward if they dont see you that way.
BUT that being said, I think the most successful relationships are built on a good friendship...
Try to observe the girl (without stalking ha ha) - see how they act around you - do they flirt with you? Do they make an effort to spend time with you? You should get some sort of inkling if they like you or not. Do they talk about other guys to you? Thats usally a pretty clear indication they see you as a friend only.
My advice is to keep it simple, ask her out somewhere friends would go, like to coffee or a movie... that will give her the option of saying no without feeling like a total rejection for you.
As for sustaining a relationship - be yourself. If she likes you for you it will be easy. If she falls for a 'fake' you it will never last.

well its a little ezer if you get a friend to ask but you have a higher chance of her saying yes if you do it your self and most girls wont ask you out no matter how bad they like you cuz the think a guy is suppose to ask and you would be surprised on how many girls will go out with you and the whole maintaing a relationship just hug her and kiss her as much as you can cuz no matter how mad or sad they are you can make them smile with a hug and a kiss as long as you don't make her feel like you slave she will stay with you don't cheat that's the ezest way to lose a girl cuz we will find out and call just to say hi and i love you and if you have busy days make time to be with her well idk if this will or wont help hope it will help

Just go for it. You'll always regret what you don't do, but if you try at least you'll know you tried. Even if they say no their not worth it anyway. But you should make you intentions clear from the beginning, don't just act like your a friend, let them know you'd like to be more.

Hi,,, hey you got to get with it and go up and ask them out.... Simply put, just say "Hi, how about going to eat with me,, I don't like eating alone".. or a movie,,, or what ever... look them straight in the eye also... leave no dobut that you are serious....
Then go and have fun.....

You should ask one of your friends that know other girls whom you would be compatible with and ask them to introduce them to you, then let nature run its course! LOL

You should behave very friendly with her and ask her straightly that you are interested in her and wants to take her out.
If you are really good they will definately obey you.

it won't work out for you until you don't feel desperate, that scares girls off, be yourself and let them know your interested by paying special attention to them, if you think she's into it and you are, phone her up and ask her if she wants to go out and do something.
