Actually, I am pro-choice. They can keep their laws off my body entirely. The "pro-life" right wing fanatic christian element is in my book, the mandatory motherhood group.
A woman should have the right to decide what does and does not happen to her body.
Choosing to continue a pregnancy or end it should be entirely up to the one who's body is involved.

I have walked in those shoes. And I did it. And for the longest time I felt that it was an okay choice. I was so wrong. It's not a matter of judgement, because even though I have walked in those shoes I have no right to judge. It's a matter of realizing the crucial mistake someone else is or could make and knowing that it is a mistake. (When people are judgemental, it is also wrong.) I hope that you will have the strength to do the right thing. I didn't but have paid a huge price for that. Long, somewhat interesting story. Someday, you will look back on the decision and wish you were smarter, stronger, ... and hindsight is always so clear. May your path be blessed and your decision guided by worthy people.

Good question.
No one has the right to judge what a woman does.
There are many factors that make you want to have a termination. Financial, the strength of relationship, work, timing anything like that.
If it happens all the time, then there is room for dispute there.
Getting pregnant is a mistake that alot of the time cant be helped, as long as you are clued up and know about contraception dont worry about it.
Alot of women feel a sense of guilt afterwards, if you dont, you are not a cold hearted person, its just your way of dealing with it by not thinking about it.
Take care

People have the right to judge when it comes to right and wrong. Abortion is murder; therefore it's wrong. Taking something without paying for it is stealing; therefore it's wrong.
I guess it's not PC to call something as it is, is it? Too bad. Right is right and wrong is wrong. This moral relativity stuff has GOT to go!
And just because a child is unwanted by his parents does NOT mean he's unwanted by everyone. Besides, a person's worth should not be determined by how many people want him around!

As an adult I learned that my parents wanted to abort me and couldn't find an abortionist back when they were illegal. I am pro choice. It sure makes sense when I look back now about the way I was treated. If the parents don't want the child-- dont have it. Give it up or get an abortion but don't keep an unwanted child. It just makes them miserable.

Ive walked it with a beautiful daughter that survived an abortion. Shes now 5. I have 3 adopted kids. If you believe scraping out women is positive , you are deluded. Woman are life forces that have been duped by this culture into tampering with their bodies. It is used as birth control and if you believe otherwise your head is so far in the sand it aint funny. The time for "choice' is before the legs are spread, and you have that power.

first off as a once upon a time fetus i have the right to talk... secondly we can judge because we live in a country that allows us to... so theres ur first answer as for the second part as that man said the choice is made before u spread ur legs... if u cant take care of what u think is a mistake then u aint ready to spread ur legs... by making abortion an option u are not only saying its ok have sex and be unprotected... which can lead to not only children but also stds... but u are also giving our younger generation a way to get out of responsibility... my best friend got pregnant at 14 and is raising her daughter by herself... it aint easy no one said it is but u know what it is possible... STOP murdering children... its no different then taking a gun and killing somone!

I am not judging. We have the laws of God and you are rejecting them by saying you have a right to have an abortion. Who gives you the right to take the life of an unborn child? The purpose of sex is procreation - not an excuse for you to have fun. If your parents felt like you do, your miserable life and self-serving feelings might not be around today. You might have ended up in somebody's garbage dumptster.

I think that no one should judge a woman's decision to have an abortion. It will however be an issue that is debated over and over and people will have opposing views. I really think that its hard to judge a person unless you know exactly what it is like to be like in their shoes.
