133 pounds isnt that big unless youre shorter than 5'5". If youre shorter than 5'5" youre either overweight or on the brink of becoming overweight. Just eat less and more healthy (like vegetables and fruits and lay off the sugars and fatty, greasy, high in calories/carbs foods) and just get more active. That doesn not necessarily mean you have to go to a gym. Ride a bike, walk instead of drive (or park farther away from a store so you can walk), jog, go to the beach (swimming helps IS a workout), etc.

In the morning add Honey and Lemon to luke warm water and drink it.
Run with the greatest speed (NOT JOGGING) as much distance as you can and when you get tired start walking. Continue this till 1 kms and every week, increase the distance.
Drink water while you take your meal and thereafter when you finish your meal, *do not* drink water till 1 hour.
You should lose 1 kg weight by 10-12 days.

well! tht's gud if there is no gym other wise after leaving gym u gain ur weight again..well u r a gal n amm damm sure u lik too dance eat wht ever u wnt bt it necessary to burn those calries. so dance as much u can .. well in age of 18 my weight is 45kg. b'coz i donce alot . so dance n dance n only dance. c it 2 advantages 1st u learn new dance steps n 2 nd u reduce ur weight..
