I know that a 20 sided one is a icosagon, does anyone know what a 21 sided one is?

A pentagon is a 5 sided one
There can never be a 21 sided pentagon as they cannot be fitted together.

Maybe you got your numbers confused. A 12 (not 21) sided solid formed by 12 pentagons is an dodecahedron.
A pentagon has only 5 sides.

I think you may have gotten the terms "pentagon" and "polygon" mixed up. A pentagon is a 5 sided polygon.

A 21 sided polygon is called an icosikaihenagon. :)
