No, you simply lack tone from lack of exercises which you can easily do in the privacy of your home. Save those images so that you will have something to compare in a couple of months.

Start off every day with stretches. Don't force it, don't jerk or do sudden moves while stretching. Reach overhead as though your were being pulled up. Lean forward with a straight back and even if you cannot reach the floor, stretch for the floor, little by little until the day comes where you will actually palm the floor. Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and reach for your toes but keep your chin up and your back straight and try to put your belly button on your thighs. Next, standing up, try to turn your upper body around at the waist in both directions. Slowly, swing your arms around (slowly) and continue to reach around.

Get into a very simple routine of doing push-ups and some crunches and some knee bends (to a right angle, NOT deep knee bends where you might hurt someone). Do it three times a day.

For example. If the most push-ups you can do is 15, then do 5 sets of 5 push-ups in the morning, 20 crunches (with your arms across your chest, NOT in back of your head) and do 20 knee bends (halfway down) and also practice better posture... that's an important thing, buddy. Do this in the morning and just before you shower to go to bed. You can also do push-ups during the ads of whatever show you watch on TV daily.

In a couple of weeks, double the work load, and add pull-up (like chin-ups but with your fingers pointing forward). Do 10 if you can 3 times a day until you can double the amount.

In a matter of a few months, you'll have gotten rid of the baby fat and you'll see a more positive change in your outward appearance and your athletic abilities.

This is just a start. There are many, many other things you can do with very light weights. But, remember, you exercise your biceps, you MUST also exercise your triceps. You exercise your quadriceps, you must exercise your hamstrings, too. Otherwise, you will become "muscle bound" tight and will lose freedom of motion... you'll lose flexibility.

In three months, compare your first photos that you took with recent ones. Keep doing this as part of your lifestyle and you can never go wrong.

I think you need to stop worrying about whether or not you look fat and start doing something that will make you feel great. Preferably something outside yourself to make things around you better. By the pictures, you are obviously a young guy and you have a lot ahead of you. Good luck in life. As you look back at this experience as an older person you will laugh at how "not fat" you are.

With the shirt you are fine. Without the shirt you got the beginnings of a spare tire, but compared to the average guy you doing are pretty good. If you're corncerned about your appearence try doing 30 crunches every morning and evening after and before bed. Lay off the burgers and take 20 minute walk every day. Doing what right for you, and who cares what people think.

Not at all! But if you are concerned about your body you can start a moderate excercize routine like playing basketball, riding a bike, jogging or just doing any sport with your friends. That will make you healthier and more confident about yourself.

You look great so dont worry so much. ;-)

No, you look hella skinny.

I recommend eating more chicken and doing some push-ups to cure that.

Turning 21 will help, too.

Hey.. so you don't look fat in your pictures.. you look a little chubby, like you could lose the little roll on your belly.. other than that you look just fine
