I haven't had sex since May 14, and I've had two full periods since then (I'm very irregular). I've had absolutely no symptoms of pregnancy, and my stomach is flat as ever. My friend is still convinced I'm pregnant. I live in a small town and don't drive, so it would be hard for me to obtain a test without someone telling my parents. Is there any chance of me being pregnant at all?

I think my friend is just trying to scare me because we didn't use a condom. I'm usually very responsible about those sorts of things but we were both blasted and it was my prom party. You all know the cliche.

Having a period means YOUR NOT PREGNANT. I don't know why it is so popular on yahoo answers to say it.

If you bleed during pregnancy it is NOT a period.

Bleeding every month during pregnancy is NOT typical. Meaning IT IS RARE.

Let me put it this why.....odds are that you are NOT PREGNANT.

If you were then you would be three months along. Can you feel your uterus? Poke at you belly right above you pelvic bone. Does it feel like there is a ball in there about the size of a grape fruit? No...then not pregnant. Another way to feel this 'ball' is to lie on your belly. If you are not extremely obese then you will feel like you are lieing on a ball. It is a very different feeling than not being pregnant.

I guess you learned a valuable lesson in all of the is though :-) You can't put a price on real life experience drilling in its message.

Well when you had sex the last time were you on birth control or did he wear a condom? If the answer is no the there is a case you can be pregnant. There has been case that women had their periods through out their pregnancies but these are very rare.

Chance are about 98% that your friend is wrong. Besides, what gives her the idea that you can be pregnant? Where did she get all the answers from? Well I hope you remember this feeling of not be sure. Next time have him wear a condom and you will not have to worry as much.

By the way you could have picked up a decease or two while you had sex with him... maybe herpes. or gonorrhea. I think you did and she is getting that confused with pregnancy. Better have a check up.

No you would experience symptoms by now. But everybody is different the best thing i can tell you is get a test some kind of way. Actually I seriously doubt that you are pregnant you would have a heap of symptoms and mood changes. And for the record please use something so you will not get pregnant. It sounds like you are young and when you have a baby your life does not belong to you anymore you would be giving up alot for the childs sake. Hold on to your child hood first and have all the fun you can before you start to think about kids.

It you are having periods it's very very unlikely. On the other hand a lot of women don't put on weight in the 1st few months. Really the only way to be sure is a test. Note that your doctor can't reveal medical information without risking his license if you are 18. Of course the real risk is if his nurse is a gossip.

If I were you I'd get one of my friends with a car to drive you some where with big store, and just ditch them for a bit. A road trip for some other reason. Like going to the lake..... If only for your peace of mind.

Yes theres a chance. But the likely hood is next to nothing. You can have periods when you are pregnant but its not very common. Also a girl/ladies/women's period doesnt really become regular until I think its about 21years of age. So its VERY normal for a teen girl to have irregular periods. I would wait it out.

It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. If you want to be sure, take a pregnancy test. I doubt very seriously that you could be, especially without other signs of pregnancy.

You know your body better than your friend but there has to be some reason she thinks your pregnant. Does she give you any reasons why she says that or is she just trying to scare you????

You are not pregnant. If you would like to take a test to ease your mind, you should be able to get one from your doctor without he/she telling your parents, or you can order them from www.saveontests.com
