many things, but the worst is that they are narcissistic fools, uncaring about the world and selfish, so much so that they try to hoard things for themselves and fill themselves up with material things to the point of corruption, and yet, even with the amount of awareness they have about poverty in their very own midst, they pretend not to see but indulge in heavy posturings as a lip service, but actually doing nothing to alleviate some problems. people are selfish in many ways and it gets bad day by day.

I think that the worst thing I've learned so far, is that deep down and in most fundamental ways, everyone is more or less just like me. I was hoping they were all better than that.

the man made idea of religion that is still accepted as completely true in their eyes (ie scriptures that were written thousands of yrs ago and unverified) and cannot see the big picture of the universe. the mainstream belief is that you dont mess with a persons beliefs right? when i turn on the tv nowadays i realize that if we dont change views in the middle east and throughout the world on faith based decisions then we are gonna be left with nothing more than a pile of dust as a planet. religion is a virus that seeps into govt + ppl and can secretly destroy us. end of rant ;x

I'm a Customs Officer. It is the risks people will take, not only with other peoples lives importing the crap but the risks with their own bodies swallowing and stuffing the gear to avoid detection all for a few thousand

That they will listen to thier heart before their faith, and their faith before their reason.
There are few truly good people in the world.That Hatred is easier than Love. That they would deny the rights of others simply to make themselves feel better about life.
That they would rather listen to fantasy stories on the weekend than deal with the fact they are part of the problem.
I got a million of them if you want more.

i guess it doesn't help that i live in l.a., which seems to attract a certain element of people, but i've learned that there are alot of self-centered and flaky people in the world.
(in defense to los angelenos, it is usually the people that come from out of town to start a career here that are like that, not the natives. )

Many people will lie or say the thing that they think you want to hear. I would prefer an open and honest answer - even if it is contrary to what I think. I really don't like deceit.

They're extremely selfish and self-centered, and that's the best of them.
Over the years I have learned to lower my expectations of them. The lower the expectations the less you'll be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I found over time that many are fake , and liars... and they aren't worth giving the "benefit of the doubt" to. Some people just straight up Suck!

People keep things hidden. They do not open up. And give wrong impressions. Also they want to use others to achieve their aims, at cost of others.
