Could it be that there is something wrong with me or am I just late in the game? Could it have something to do with my diet and exercise habits? I could care less about having them I just want to be sure there is nothing wrong. Please give reasonable answers.

Everyone is different, so please don't worry. I've heard of girls developing at age 18! It's up to what nature and your genes want to give you. Even if you hardly develop at all, there will always be something so much more about you that guys will like! Trust me, there will be many men in your life who will love you no matter what! Find a lot of interests, learn new things, join different organizations, go places, expand your horizons, and make the most out of your life--your life experiences help make you beautiful as well! Just enjoy yourself, and good luck! Nature may very well surprise you!!

I was called a 'Carpenter's Dream' all throughout jr. high and high school for being flat as a board. My mom and grandma are large busted ladies and I always wondered how I got screwed. Years later, I learned that I didn't. I didn't develop until I was 20 or 21. I got hips, breasts and a nice shape finally came out. Give yourself some time. You can bloom in your 20's. Trust me. It's worth it.

Don't worry about it; you're just a late bloomer, that's all. Despite what some sex ed videos and books say, there's no set time for a girl to start developing. ((While its true that some foods may help you develop a little faster, it's nothing signifigant))
Just enjoy it until you start developing, you'll get there.

Don't fret it. Every woman develops differently. I was underdeveloped at 16, too. By my 2nd yr of college I was in a 34B. At 30, after 1 kid, I am a size 36D! All I can say is, I am glad you are such a confident young woman, and that breast size is irrelevant. It's how a woman carries herself that makes her. When you exude confidence in yourself, you hold the real power of the feminine!

You should not worry, its part of nature.

However, high carbo diet (like potatos) help, but side effect is you might get fat.

Take your time, you will perform better in sports!

(P/S: And don't bother with the boys, unless it bothers you.)
