As in the case of Iraq, the response is not conditional on Iran actually being involved in the act of terrorism directed against the United States. Several senior Air Force officers involved in the planning are reportedly appalled at the implications of what they are doing—that Iran is being set up for an unprovoked nuclear attack—but no one is prepared to damage his career by posing any objections.

I see -and I don't even live in the US - The world See's - if George is going to do this in his term the time is short for him.

I am not altogether sure if the people who are on Yahoo answers are who they appear to be at times - I see the propaganda machines have turned from Osama to Iran that they constantly portray him as insane and bent on war. It's a set up I think that's why their President launched a blog to try to counter the US smear campaign - The US is and has been for some time the best at media he doesn't stand a chance as an outsider with a lengthy blog against the Hollywood producers with million dollar budgets.

All I want to know is what is the greater plan - Iraq then Iran? Then what?

On a personal note my brother is a "yes man" One of the most dangerous but successful types of men - I always suspected they'd get us all killed one day.

I am not sure what to think Iran is not a threat to the US in my opinion - After 9/11 Bush had one blank check he used it - and now he wants more and more - After Iran is nuked where will he (Bush) go next?

I don't believe that there will be any nuclear attack on Iraq or Iran in the foreseeable future. The Bush administration has gotten the US into another situation by invading Iraq. As time passes there will be more and more bloodshed. It will probably not end until both sides begin to attack the invader of their country and only fight among themselves when the US pulls out defeated. Not in war but defeated by peace.

this could mean a substantial interruption in Federal help and tax money being unfold around. So, human beings caught interior the "conservative" area could do what they could to flee as a manner to stay interior the greater industrious, economically-stepped forward, "liberal" factors of the country. in any different case, the country is shifting forward with multiple social liberties besides. So, the conservative element will lose their electorate on that front besides. So, i think of a brilliant exodus from the purple States to the Blues States. human beings calling for refugee status to flee, etc.

You're right. Those poor Iranians are being framed! After all, we don't have PROOF that they're going to attack us....therefore, we should wait for a nuclear attack before we rush to judgement. I'm sure they're just enriching uranium for kicks. We should settle back and let them blow up whomever they want. Why is it that some LIBERALS in this country are so scared of calling a spade a spade? There's a lot of evil regimes running countries in the middle east, and thanks to us CONSERVATIVES....Iraq is no longer one of them. Don't feed into the BS you're being fed.

I love that someone voted a thumbsdown on my comment, but has nothing to say to directly counter it.
