Yes money and word of mouth talk to friends, work mates etc. who have been through the same thing. Usually the older ones have more experience as well.

Money is the only thing that works on lawyers. If the person you're up against has more money, consider yourself screwed.

why dont you check the american bar association website. there is access to all of the lawyers and their reputation. Also if you are a woman you want to try to get a woman, so that she can sympathize with you

if you are a woman get a woman lawyer,if you are a man ger a man lawyer and have money to get it all started
