I am in good health, independent, music and friendship give me joy, I am grateful for my present situation: yes, it is my present moment that makes me happiest -- an abstract, but made up of so many ascertainable specifics!

The fact that I'm losing weight and in fact no longer fit in my belt, my pants, or my current shirts. I've lost at least one size in all three.
And the really good news is that I'm still keeping up the loss, so I'll be amongst the beautiful thin people soon.
