what city are you from? how do these girls look like, how do they dress, how do they act? im curious if the basis of popularity (and beauty and social status) differs among different cities and races.

Well this is from a highschool girl's perspective. I live in Detroit, but I go to school in Grosse Pointe which is a little preppy suburb that is predominately white (I am mixed with bnlack and white). All the popular girls are rich, white, pretty, and wear skirts that look like belts, and really tight-fitted tops. Most of them are pretty, some aren't though, which I don't get how they fit the stereotype.

Auckland New Zealand...well at high school we had a uniform so they would wear their sandle backs down (against the rules) shorter school skirts and would tie their t-shirts back to make them tight on their hips? Have a handbag and carru their books or small backpack. They said they were smoking and drinking and having sex etc..and always having parties..skipping classes..heaps of makeup but really they all just had one boyfriend..and share him around...and then get mad at eachother but the next day best friends again...so funny
