stop eating all junk foods, eat veggies, whole grains and lean meats and low fat milk products. drink at least ten glasses of water a day. use a good cleansing system like clearasil or noxema line of cleansers and use them often, morning, when you get home from school, after dinner, before bed, and if they have little cleansing pads you can cary in your pocket that you tear open and wipe your face off at school, do that.

I actually have seen a product called proactive work on both of my nieces with similar complexion problems. It is available on-line, over the t.v. and sold in some shopping malls in those private booths . The product is easy to use, and gentle on sensative skin; however I promise you it does work really well.It was the best gift my sister ever gave my two teenage nieces. Good luck.

Wash with hot soap and water (preferably antibacterial soap.) If your hair is really that long..if it's oily, get it off of your face. And don't pick at sores. Change your pillowcase a lot.
