avoid any atachments unless you know it is comeing if you did and you got a virus restart your computer. hit the f8 key untill you get a list, scroll down to safe mod. this will start the same but its in safe mod so if you have a virus thay can't see nor do anything to stop you.

when it loads run all scans you got.

i recomend norten/samantec, spybot search and destroy, and addaware.

if you wanna pay buy spywear doctor or spy sweeper.


also why the scans are runing go to controll panel and delete the program that is the virus. unlessyou can't see it.

leave this up to scans. when the scans are done hit "controll alt delete" go to process then end all process.

restart your computer and it should be fixed.


i recomend downloading zone alarm. this will make it harder on any virus.

if this doesnt fix the problum take it to your local computer shop.
