Firstly, remember to provide all details! If its a system related question, knowing what op sys, model number, amount of ram, etc will help! If its a program application such as e mail, its nice to know who your e mail server is! Lastly, you are asking an open forum questions and considering you have every internet or computer illiterate boob on the net thinking they know something, you are gonna get stupid answers! Hey its free but through the process of providing details you will find you may get understandable answers.
