I put on lotion first, with my skin still a little damp, because it helps the lotion work better (I read this in a credible magazine). I only use powder in the summer to reduce sweating, and I use it after the lotion to help prevent dry skin.

Lotion. You need to put lotion on while your skin is still damp. It absorbs into the skin better.

Lotion and let it soak in, then powder. If in a hurry, powder only.

Always lotion! Let that absorb, then apply powder and your skin will be silky smooth.
