Everyone has a sense of humor. Many of them are lame. However, Fox News' duet (Whitney Houston and Osama) was pretty funny.
How many people are typing spam as questions. Is that fun or funny for anyone?
Some people don't understand the concept of an appropriate time and place. Is this an Arts and Humanities question?
Maybe there should be a category for Humor.
(I voted for Constipation, by the way. That person has a sense of humor. Maybe that's my problem. I'm low-carb.)

Because we all experience the feeling of the "lost paradise" of childhood. At some point in our lives when we are faced with the prospect of adulthood and having to rely on ourselves for our own happiness, we may not like it. Some are downright pissed at not being taken care of. Which people have the least sense of humor? People who had rich parents and easy lives when they were younger. For them, I think, reality is hardest for them to handle. Life isn't fun and games anymore....."Rosebud".........

Because of the way our crappy US of A is going... our society has almost become completely about political correctness. God forbid if you make a joke or say something that offends someone. Every person now feels that their day is not complete unless they find something to be offended by. It makes me sick.

yes, i'm beginning to notice that more and more. perhaps the additional stress of being on the brink of possible/probable nuclear (or nukular if you're a republican) annihilation is dampening their spirits a bit, eh? anyway, there are at least some of us "immature" folks around to keep things somewhat bearable.;-)

compassion and sense of humor is trait of more secured species at the higher ladder of evolution.
today's life style makes man insecure and thus many people loose compassion and sense of humor.

for some reason, self-assurance through knowledge has conotations of seriousness rather than humor, American success is based on confidence, and humor unfortunately, takes a back seat.
