i fell asleep in the sun at the beach yesterday and got a severe burn. this has happened before but this time my nipples turned a brownish black and shriveled up like little raisinettes. they seem to be scabbing up and peeling off. not just the nipple, but they're peeling up from under the pepperoni part. should i just scratch them off and throw them in the garbage disposal or try to moisturize them?

OW!!...that sounds really painful.

Do not scratch them off!
Try using an aloe vera-based lotion, or the leaf from an aloe vera plant. Also Neosporin and jojoba oil would help to heal and moisturize them.

The next time try wearing at least a beater shirt or some type of pasties. Keep those nipples covered, and remember men can get breast cancer too...not just women.

Ouch .. I hope you weren't completely naked and something else is burned too!??! hee hee

Try some polysporin or ozonol to ease the pain until you can get to a doctor. Good Luck to you!

Moisturize them, keep them clean so they don't get infected.
