Is actually a result of whats happenning in your inner ear, not in your stomach. Its called motion sickness and it is a condition in which the endolymph (the fluid found in the semicircular canals of the inner ears) becomes 'stirred up', causing confusion between the difference between apparent perceived movement (none or very little), and actual movement. Nausea is the most common symptom of motion sickness.

well some of the answers given here are quite right. but i want 2 give u a different perspective 2 this proble. acc 2 many doctors this happens bcoz of d allergy 2 burning petrol/diesel. when a person inhale such a gasious poison of petrol/diesel, he/she vomits.
it happens during a long bus journey just bcoz it takes some time 4 a petrol/deisel 2 react after entering in d body. so d problem starts mostly after 30 min of journey.

Airplanes have... um, "soreness bags" if youin case you ought to vomit. some buses and trains even have those barf bags. i'm no longer responsive to any transportation provider which will grant medicine (aside from cruise ships), and maximum medicine might do no stable as quickly as you experience action ill. If the disillusioned abdomen is led to by utilising something else, you're out of luck as far as medicine is in touch. If the transportation corporation gave you something and you acquire sicker, the traditional direction of issues interior the U. S. may be to sue the transportation corporation. as a result, no corporation interior the U. S. provides you with better than sympathy.
