Stay out of the sun or use good sun block. Most of your wrinkles are caused by sun damage.

make sure you remove make up every night before bed, with gentle cleanser. wear minimal makeup. and always were sunblock with spf 45 or 30. Good luck with that...seems to work for me fine! Oh, also try using a skin exfoliant in the shower, after you've had hot water on your face. and rinse well! St. Ives Exfoliating Scrub Apricot Face cleanser also works great!

Hi.
WebMD and about.com has many articles on maintaining healthy skin.

My personal approach is to treat your skin like you do a fancy car - wash, apply an astringent, and put lotion on it after every shower or bath.

Healthy diet, lots of water, excercise, don't smoke and limit alcohol and caffeine, and use sunscreen! Oh, of course cleansing and thorough removal of makeup, and enough sleep. Wow, that's a lot!

beautiful skin starts from the inside out. drink lots of water, eat more fresh fruit and veggies, eat more antioxident things like blueberries or drink green tea. don't touch your face, exfoliate, and moisturize.
