That means the babies head has moved down into the pelvic bone....yes she is getting closer.....she should be a lot more comfortable now. It makes it easier for her to move into the nesting period....thats the burst of energy she will get a few days before giving birth!

Must be her first. Not necessarily. A baby doesn't have to drop but it does help speed the cervical dialation. Sadly, she could still be 4 weeks yet. But she may delivery tomorrow. Congrats!

could be or not everyone is diffrent i have been dropped and dilated a 2cm for 2 wks now im 38 wks still no baby so every1 is diffrent
