Burn the CD onto your computer's hard drive, then copy it as an MP3 file and burn a new CD with the new files from your hard drive.

Check out Winzip for formating cd to mp3. It will show you exactly what to do. Do you have winzip?

get a ripper programme (e.g. audio grabber) that can rip your CD to PC, then use another convertion program (e,g. cheetah converter) to do the convertion.

Some CD comes with copy protection and could not be copied.
