Does anyone know what happenned to the wrestler named Rikishi? I haven't seen him wrestle for a while and he was one of my favorites. Can anyone also tell me what his real name was?

Thanks for the info I didn't know he was Umaga's brother. I did know that the Wild Samoans (Afa and Sika) were his uncles.

Solofa Fatu, Jr. (born October 11, 1966 in San Francisco, California, now resides in Pensacola, Florida), is an American professional wrestler who worked for World Wrestling Entertainment between 1992 and 2004. He is best known under the name Rikishi, although recent legal proceedings with WWE have forced him to shorten his ring name to Kishi. He is wrestling in Independent Circuit Sam Fatu, who is the brother of WWE Superstar Umaga (Eddie Fatu) and Rikishi, would go on to work for Rikishi (now known as Kishi) in his promotion "Nu-Wrestling Evolution" .a professional wrestling promotion based in Italy
Fatu is married and has 5 children, 1 girl and 4 boys, with wife Talisua. He is the brother of Eddie Fatu (Umaga/Jamal) and Sam Fatu (Tonga Kid) and is also the real life cousin of The Rock and Yokozuna.

Rikishi is also the cousin of the late former WWF (WWE) champion Yokozuna. If you've watched wrestling for the last few years, you may also remember him wearing a mask and wrestling as THE SULTAN.

Rikishi was released by the wwe in July,16 2004......Now 2006 he wrestles in Nu-Wrestling Evolution.That's all i know.By the way his real name is Solofa Fatu, Jr.

He had to shorten his ring name to Kishi as the WWE owns the rights to the name Rikishi. He moved to Italy and started up his own promotion-Nu-Wrestling Evolution, where he appears as "commissioner" but does not wrestle.

do you have any evidence that rikishi ( ipersonally love him) is relatrd to umaga? i know he is the rovks uncle. it was said his son was gonna wrestle a while back.

hes related to some of the greatest wrestlers of all time...the wild somoans are his uncles...the rock is his cousin...i think yokozuna was a relative too...along with rocky johnson and peter miavia
