why are celebrities getting all upset from the taxes on the swag bags ,i mean its not like they don't have everything their heart desires already

Because the life of an actor is so short that they want everything they can get before they fall off the screen, and of course the government is greedy they want a piece of everything except for their PAC money.

It's because once they get a taste of the fame and fortune, they get hooked. They want the fame and fortune forever, and if you were in their shoes you would probably feel the same way

hmmmm.....since they're in California, they have to pay a 50% gift tax on top of the federal tax. Those gifts have a large value, that's why.

Who knows I guess they need everything in the world lol. But not all celebs want everything all thy wat is to keep their fans or keep on acting to some celebs money doesnt really matter.
