People are people. It doesn't matter what sex they are. I make friends with other people regardless. and for the same reason I make friends with other girls. People we share intrests and have fun together.

Because there are things your female friends can't giev a proper advice.. There are certain subjects which only guys can give a proper explanation.. Girls may give some ideas and advices on their own but guys are straight to the point.. Another thig, if you have guy friends and you are having problem with your BF, they are the ebst people to ask for advices and ideas since your BF and your guy friends are of the same sex.. In some way or another, they tend to jive in iedas and likings..
Another thing why I befriend guys is beacuse there are times wherein they maek you feel safe and cherished.. That is if your guy friends are a wee bit of a gentleman.. ^-^

Sometimes I just want to talk with someone who is more gentle and caring than the "jock" guys I hang with. Sheesh, a guy could go crazy if there were no women around to take the edge off the conversation.
I had mother, grandmas and aunts who were smart ladies and I learned from listening to them before I was big enough to go with dad that the women in my family were really great people. Some of that spilled over to all of the "other women in the world.
Howz dat?????????????

Cuz ppl of the opposite sex are cool. I love men. I like to be around guys. I just feel like i can talk to guys more and get advice from them, than I can a girl. Even if i ask about my relationship with my boyfriend, my guys friends will give me alot better of an answer than my other friends that are girls. Guys are awesome and fun to be around.

I have to agree with the person who put, no jealousy. Once the whole sex issue is out of the way, they make the best kind of friends. No competition, drama or shallow "girl talk". Plus I love the way they think!

cause u want to have a diversity of friends besides the member of the opposite sex give more stress in listening to you and help you out more than that of the same sex. it is in our genes to get attracted to the members of opposite sex(that is if u are not....). they will understand our problem better and care for us more. if u have noticed then mothers will be much more caring to her son than her daughter and likewise fathers care for their daughters more. its all the balance of nature and there is exitement in the adventure of making a member of the opposite sex you friend.

Because it is easier to make friends that way. Girls are catty and boys don't do that and just want to have fun without any issues that girls some time have (ie I'm fat!). Thats why I make boy friends rather than having friends that are girls.

BECAUSE WHEN I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY BOYFRIEND, IT'S SOMETIMES GOOD TO HEAR ADVICE FROM A MALE'S PERSPECTIVE...ALTHOUGH EVERY MAN IS DIFFERENT IT HELPS ME TO UNDERSTAND HIM A LITTLE BETTER. AND I'M SURE FOR A GUY, IT WOULD BE THE SAME WAY...
