are these only carbohydrates which give energy as proteins and lipids are converted to carbohydrates
or fats as well as proteins themselves are oxidised to give energy or they are converted to carbohydrates to get energy?

All three classes of compounds can be broken down and then oxidized to give energy. Carbohydrates are the simplest and the most abundant for metabolism.

Lipids are not necessarily broken down into carbohydrates. They can be turned into fatty acids which are then metabolized in the cells (if necessary).

Proteins are the most complex. They are often chemically combined with lipids, carbohydrates or other compounds which need to be disassembled first. Proteins are first metabolized into amino acids and these can be further metabolized to get energy if necessary in the cells.

we have metabolic pathways to convert most of the 3 classes back and forth as needed. the only thing we dont have pathways for are the essential amino acids (about half of the 20 amino acids that we have).

all three classes of compounds can be metabolized to give energy. carbs and proteins at about 4 cal per gram and fats at 9 cal per gram. most of this energy is produced in mitochondrial oxidative phophorylation. the intermediate for all of this is pyruvic acid, that is the input to the process that gives us most of our energy

if you clarify your question a little bit, i can give you a more exact eplanation of what you are looking for.

Proteins are broken down into amino acids, which can be metabolized directly or used to construct new cellular structures.

Protein can not be made into carbs. You get energy from fats and carbs, You can not store protein. your body builds mussel with protein powered by carbs
