first record your voice with voice recording software ..( if u use , window xp ,it's under Accessories -> Entertainment -> sound recorder .
then save it .
1 : if you can upload your voice file to your web site folder.
2. put below html code in your webpage
3. change "yourvoice.wav" to correct url of your file.
