a team member should have same belief, value system, goal, and skills to achieve that goal and a feeling of belonging with the fellow team members and readiness to do the assigned job by team leader.
there is a book " wisdom of team" if you can find some where.

If you have to write a bull**** essay to get the job, you don't need it and it doesn't need you, and you will never be a team player with that kind of attitude. I can't help you with your essay as I would be doing a disservice to you and your prospective employer.
He/she/they don't visit this site, do they? They may figure out whose essay it is.....................
