The best inexpensive liquid eyeliner ive used was liquid eyeliner from Maybelline. Its called Maybelline Express Easy Eyeliner Pen. It works wonders

i like revlon liquid eyeliner. but if you want really inexpensive eyeliner, then try n.y.c available at drugstores. it gives you just the same look as any other expensive brand but at half the cost.

the good liquid eyeliner is revlon i've swam with it on and it was like perfect after i was done it shouldn't be too expensive
