ok so if you reas my previous question about my ex bf's ex gf tellin me that he said i was ugly, is it normal to feel absolutely numb, and sad, mean my hands started shaking and it got real hot, and i got a huge lump in my throat, is that normal to feel when you get your feelings hurt, or is that normal? I know this might sound dumb but im really curious to the way im reacting to it, it seems extreme, but i cant help the way i feel, i was sick to my stomach the thought of him sayin that.

It could be because you were hurt, angry and not sure what to do. It could be anxiety that is making you do that as well. You get so flustered that you don't know what to do. Its normal but if it gets worse where you have absolute no control over it I would see some one about it.

Don't become too emotional over these small matters. You will only wreck your life. Nobody's pretty or urgly in the name of God. All are same. Remember the saying - "Beauty is only skin deep". That's all.

You worry too much about what others think,,if you are sure about yourself, dont worry about what they say or think....you are better than that, you know it so dont listen to them...dont go and ask...just know that you are a good person and forget what others say, they dont know anything special....they are not better than you...if fact you sound much better than them from what you have said, you care and they dont....find some new things to worry about, that is for kids...time to grow up......
