I'm afraid to say, not a lot. If you check out ebay you will see that dec. 8 1941 editions of the NY Times are going for anywhere from $2 ~ $25.

Given that the Niagara Falls Gazette is a much more obscure newspaper than the NY Times you can safely assume that its market value will be considerably less.

However it depends on the buyer. If you sell to someone in Niagara Falls, or someone who has an interest in the region, you can use this to your advantage. That is, there are lots of copies of the NY Times floating around, but probably not so many of the Niagara Falls Gazette. You just have to find someone who values it for its regional association.

But, if you felt like being generous, you might want to contact a local Niagara Falls library and ask them if they would be interested in receiving it as a donation.
