In a word, yes. If you are disruptive or threatening, or otherwise interfere with business, they have legitimate reason to ask you to leave. If you do not leave as requested, you are then trespassing, and can be cited or arrested for same.

If a doctor has reason to believe that you are malingering, or not being truthful, are not compliant or are generally a pain in the behind, they are within their rights to terminate the doctor/patient relationship, but must do so officially via certified letter I believe.

Doctors are busy people who have had years and years of training and don't wish to spend/waste any of their remaining minutes on this planet's surface with manipulative, undeserving people, when there are so many reasonable people who need their HELP, not just attention.

If the patient is being rude, disruptive, and interfering with business yes. Doctors and nurses are very busy people who don't have time for dealing with imbiciles when there are patients who really need treatment.

of course he can. That is considered his private practice, he owns that practice(business). Now if it's a doctor at a hospital, I believe it'd be a different set of rules.
