I lived in Nevada not to far from the Blackrock desert. the cops hated the event lots of out of control people, drugs, guns, alcohol. It was always out of control no way to keep any one safe . there were murders, rapes every bad thing that can happen. never went, never wanted to. When they say burning man its because someone would set themselves on fire. Happened at every one, and sometimes not just one person did it. Its no place to go if you are just curious. Its a very serious party.
