Ginger!
Get some crystallized ginger (available in either the candy or spice section of your local store) and start chewing on it. You can try the ginger root, slice off a bit of it and eat that, but that is really spicy. The crystallized form has a bit of a spicy finish but ginger is the god of nausea cures.

The best thing I can say is to get up extra early so that way you can go ahead and deal with the morning sickness before you leave the house. Also if it is possible for you to take some cut up lemon slices with you. Suck on them if you start to feel sick. The acidity in the lemons will fend off nausea. Also if they know your pregnant then it might not be as big of a problem as you are thinking. If they don't know than surprise cats out of the bag. GOOD LUCK.

I see you got some zofran and phenergan suppositories, those are great too. You may need some IV fluids and an IV push of these drugs given intraveneously to get you well enough that you can eat and feel a little stronger to start using the suppositories.
I posted on another thread of yours, but try http://www.reliefband.com these worked for my friend getting chemotherapy and they worked for me. I got a job as a nurse's aid when I was pregnant with one of my kids and had to get up at 5:30am and work a 12 hr shift on my feet all day while in the throes of morning sickness emptying bedpans and barf basins and I never would have made it through without this little wristband, it saved my life.
Don't know why that links not working but here it is:

These are good too:

I would suggest saltine crackers and 7Up or Sierra Mist to help settle your stomach. I found that if I munched all day on little things instead of just eating 3 meals, it helped keep the morning sickness at bay. Other than that, like someone else suggested, know where the bathrooms are. Good luck!!

My doctor told me to take a pack of crackers to bed with me and eat a few as soon as I got up, he also told me to take a B6 vitamin every day when I got up. That helped a lot, but when I was feeling really sick I would suck on a slice of lemon, that laways helped.

I had to work, and had horrible am sickness with my son.
The doctors gave me an RX to combat the nausea. Other than that, i m not sure anything will help.
Just stay well rested and hydrated.
Giood luck!!!

Try eating some saltine crackers before you get out of bed and try drinking some sprite or 7up. That should help. Hope you feel better. Congrats!

try snacking on a 1/2 of a banana several times a day..a banana keeps your blood sugar up and that helps with morning sickness.

does anything help you with your morning sickness. drink plenty of water tonight to make sure you are hydrated. and go to sleep. lack of sleep effects morning sickness. keep some salt crackers by your bed and then with you. they help with the nausea. if you don't like those, carry something with you to snack on.
