I don't wanna kill my hamster thats why I want to know if I could feed lettuce to my hamster???

Ask someone at the pet store if they carry any kind of hampster treats.

skip the lettuce. the wrong kind & too much can cause diarrhea. is it a syrian? ill assume its syrian and give u a list for them. if a dwarf skip the fruits. feed him carrots, broccoli, zucchini, apples, plain cheerios, NO CITRUS, pears, cauliflower, a blueberry, banana, spinach---all raw, yellow from a boiled egg. just a small piece of any of these once a day---about a 1/2 inch piece. make sure his hamster mix is 15% protein or more. make sure he has chew sticks--mine prefer greenies dog biscuits. about what other things did u want tips on? click on my name & see all the answers ive given to past hamster questions.

um no lettuce can be deadly especially ice berg i have 25 hamsters and YES BOILED un flavored chicken is very healthy. the best thing is a basic hamsterf ood seed mix. with treats like: palin cheerios, unsalted sun flowerseeds and pumpkin seeds, boild chicken, broccoli, and fresh spinach leaves. staer clear of sugar especially in dwarfs as it acn trigger sever diabetes.. look on my site for more info http://www.hamsterhealth.bigbig.com

actually i gave peanut and walnut to my hamster but i never tried lettuce.

timothy hay would work you can get it at walmart or the pet store google hampster care that might help good luck oh and make sure you get it some wood to chew on so his teeth dont get to long.

Take em down to K.F.C for a lovely candle lit dinner (take your own candles) and take a bib, K.F.C makes good coleslaw.

and its grigalatitty too too to
but if you love it heres what you do..
you call it by name, you pet it so nice, you sing to it and laff to it and bring him all your joy
you feed him good good greens
and he will be a good good toy.

yeah you can feed it that and fruit also,clean cage every week,change water every other day,play with everday
