I don't need it. It looks allright, though. I've only seen soles for comfort, but not for added height. I guess if it works, it's cool. I'd say it sorely needs the blessing of a doctor. Dude, you can get a foot doctor to endorse your product without a problem (if it's not harmful).
Also it could use something to look more modern and not like a piece of cut-up foam, but it's ok.
