No, your uterus is removed and there is no route for the sperm to travel to your tubes to meet the egg. When an egg is released, your body just absorbs it. Partial just means that your ovaries are left in place, so you don't have to endure hormone therapies.

When I went in for my partial hysterectomy nearly two years ago my surgeon told me that it is possible to get pregnant after a partial hysterectomy they call it a tummy pregnancy and it attaches itself to a part of your stomache somewhere I was shocked.

whether you have a partial or total hysterectomy they remove your uterus so there is no chance of getting pregnant. how could you carry to term when there is no place for the egg to implant. whoever told you this needs to get there info right
