They look like little icicles that go up instead of hanging down.

It's from the frost free feature of the freezer. the fan circulates air around to keep frost from forming but usually this only occurs if youve left the ice in the tray for more than a couple days...and probably only on the top tray, not the one beneath it..

Quickly.. seal the freezer and call your local paranormal phenomena investigator. This may be a case of a freezergeist.

I would assume a source of dripping from above.
