my friend has been getting sick during her period! She told me she was puking and that it is not normal for her....is it normal or is she just getting sick from the tacos she ate

Unfortunately your friend is not alone and many women do vomit during their periods, especially if their cramps are very bad.

I've gotten sick during my period sometimes. Because of my period, I believe. I would throw up the medication I took to try to ease the cramps.

When i was younger I always got super sick a day or two before my period. Something about hormones affecting your immune system. But if thats not normal for her she needs to go see a doctor, and see if she has food poisoning, or something else wrong.
